Founded by Celeste Mergens in 2008, Days for Girls is an international nonprofit organization that looks to educate young women on their health. Every month, millions of women and girls are forced to miss school and work because they lack the one simple thing that so many take for granted, feminine hygiene supplies. As stated on their website, "Days for Girls is giving back days of education and opportunity through providing DfG Kits, each of which lasts for 3 years".

The Boscovet Project aims to spread this health education throughout Kisii Kenya through by presenting to schools in various villages. These kits are obtained through the generosity of volunteers and make it possible for Kenyan women to carry on with their lives.
